Lettings Coordination, Event Planning
Since April 2018, I've worked with Poole's boutique Estate Agent owner, Philippa Sole, specialising in the BH13 and BH14 areas.
The role initially came about when Pippa needed support Event Planning a big 'Thank You' party for 200 guests at a beautiful property in the heart of Sandbanks. We welcomed Pippa's clients, old and new, to show her appreciation of their business and loyalty. I handled the research and booking of our live music, invitations, catering, props, video production and entertainment. Take a look at the evening's highlights below!
Following this, I began supporting Pippa part-time on the Lettings side of her business, both remotely and at her side in the office. I liaise with Landlords and Tenants to ensure the entire Letting process runs smoothly from the point of viewing and referencing to contracts and ongoing property management.
I continue to support Pippa with ad-hoc Marketing where required, such as handling Award applications on her behalf. In the summer of 2018, Pippa was nominated for a Venus award for Customer Service; she's through to the finals, which take place in just a few more weeks! I also collated the required material to pursue an award with 'UK and International Property Awards', for Best Estate Agent with a Single Office, which I'm delighted to say Pippa won! The latter required dedicated time, compiling a physical Bible of the company's unique and best assets, ranging from client testimonials and marketing collateral to business plans and a presentation of the day-to-day operations.
Pippa is an absolute joy to work with, both professionally and on a personal level; her passion for her business is palpable and this has a ripple effect for anyone who has the pleasure of working with her.
